Introductory Meeting
(15-30 minutes)

Our first conversation is all about getting to know each other.

We’ll discuss:

  • Your motivation for seeking financial guidance
  • The key services and support you’re looking for
  • An overview of our pricing and how we structure our services
  • Any questions you have about our approach, philosophy, and process

How this meeting will help you:

You’ll gain clarity around what you need most from a financial advisor — and how Roundtable’s philosophy, structure, and pricing align with your goals. We’ll help you understand the types of solutions that could support your next steps, and what working together would look like.

Even if we decide not to move forward, you’ll leave with guidance on what to prioritize and thoughtful suggestions for finding the right fit.

Discovery Meeting
(30-45 minutes)

Before our second meeting, we’ll ask you to complete a short intake questionnaire to help us prepare and tailor our discussion.

In this session, we’ll review:

  • Where you stand today vs. your high-level goals
  • Initial opportunities for tax planning and mitigation
  • Ways your current investments might be optimized

How this meeting will help you:

You’ll receive a personalized, high-level financial snapshot that highlights strengths, identifies opportunities, and outlines potential strategies for improvement — whether related to tax efficiency, investment alignment, or overall plan structure.

This meeting is designed to help you determine the value that a partnership with Roundtable could provide – and give you a concrete sense of how we would approach building and managing your plan moving forward.

Onboarding Meeting
(30 minutes)

Once you’ve decided to move forward, we will hold an optional onboarding meeting for clients who would like to connect again to begin the full planning process and lay a foundation for our work together.

This can also be done offline for clients who prefer this option.

In this session, we will:

  • Collect any additional details needed to build your comprehensive financial plan
  • Confirm the next steps for officially becoming a client
  • Set expectations around the timeline for developing and delivering your initial plan

This meeting marks the official start of our partnership. You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of what to expect next, what we’ll need from you (and what we’ll take care of), and how your personalized financial plan will begin taking shape. It’s also a chance to ensure you’re fully supported, aligned, and confident in the process ahead.
